After waking from 13-year coma, a young man pursues his childhood dream of becoming a clown, while his unnerved father attempts to teach him how to be a car-salesmen instead.

Short from Lux Killmore "Fool" is a version of a story that Dottie has written several different times several different ways and she is trilled to finally see it come to like. "Fool" follows Maddy, a lonely and depressed party clown, who has given up on life and love. That is, until she meets a fellow filthy clown who too can't help the wiles of her ways.
About the Performers
Fem Appeal: Producer of the famed and free Sunday night burlesque show "Kitty Nights" this chocolate bon bon is a delicious new treat on the burlesque circuit. Her inventive acts and irreverent humor always delight.
Amber Ray: Ranging from Crazy Cartoon to Seductive Siren, Ms. Ray aims to inoculate you with spirit through "Professional Sensationalism". From classic fan and balloon dances to balloon manipulations, toys and playful puppetry, she and her props provoke your curiosity with a wealth of characters. We are thrilled to present Amber Ray's version of clown love.
Dottie Lux: There are two components that make up delectable Dottie: sexy, classy, delish delight and absurd humor. With acts ranging from distinguished beauty to deranged clown, this Red Hot is always the perfect flavor. Dottie has brought chuckles, bumps and grinds to such NY venues as Fez Under Time Cafe, Coney Island Side Show, The Supper Club, NoLa's One Eyed Jacks, the Derby in LA, Chop Suey in Seattle, Club Deluxe in SF and has done the monkey with such amazing bands as Fisherman's Xylophonic Orchestra and The Brimstones.
About Lux-Killmore Entertainment Lux-Killmore is an East Coast/ West Coast ensemble. Together, burlesque sensation, Dottie Lux and, underground filmmaker, Val Killmore make up Lux-Killmore Entertainment. Each month the two collaborate in making a short film.
Born and bred in the NYC area, Dottie Lux graduated from Pratt Institute at the top of the Writing for Publication, Performance and Media department. Dottie juggles her music, fiction and film writing with producing Red Hots Burlesque, (www.redhotsburlesque.com) a burlesque and cabaret show. She and the Red Hots have been awarded The Village Voice Pick for "Voice Choice" and GO NYC 2004 Reader's Choice Nightlife Award, as well as coverage with NBC4 and The New York Times.
Val Killmore is an independent filmmaker who grew up in Southern California and attended San Francisco State University. She currently resides in NYC working at one of the largest independent film companies in the world distributing first run, classic, and reissue movies to theaters and television worldwide.
They have produced events at Coney Island USA, Galapagos Art Space, Anthology Film Archives and present their widely acclaimed series monthly at the Den of Cin.
Recently, Val and Dottie have been awarded GO NYC's award for Most Captivating Couple!
