Friday night’s clown uprising was a huge success. It turned out much smaller than I had anticipated, but even
more magical than I could have imagined. The only thing that was missing was a certain bestfriend,
but she was in my heart and in my floppy shoes. The cast of characters included:
*Dottie The Clown *Boomerang Who was quite possibly the hottest clown ever. *A/V The Clown Who stood behind the camera most of the time. But did have a most fabulous pompadour hairdo provided by yours truly. **Nickels and Phlegm Wad- Our little underage clownlettes who were so adorable! And ducked out before the porn and booze. *Little Brookclown…get it- A very Lucille Ball chic woman with the best shoes, smile and pee stance I have ever seen. *Noah the Clown Proved to be the most skilled clown with his balloon animals and juggling. Now someone give this man a better name. edit: renamed, Noah It All The Clown. Fitting. *Filthy- Who lived up to her name. *Jeremiah- And his fantastic rubber gun, green hair and bag-o-ticks. *Tigger- Who’s upbeat attitude and beautiful pink hair stole my heart. *Makeshift the Clown- Who was such a goddamn sweetheart! And the best LJ clowns that could be: My_Lemon_lies and Pyro Not to mention 3 D Bob! Who sported a Toucan nose. We picked up a recruit on the subway which we named Tony Bologna and whisked Abby away from her family and into booze and balloons. The night consisted of a romp around Times Square where we danced and posed for pictures and scared one girl into peeing herself, made friends with children and invaded the Toys R Us line for Star Wars Toys, dinner at HoJo’s (there is something really amazing about seeing a counter completely FULL of clowns!), drinking and dancing at Otto’s and ended with some amazing karaoke to Send in the Clowns. A hugely fun time. This was historical and as the saying goes: history repeats itself so STAY TUNED for the next Clown Uprising.
